Job Description

Truck Team Lead – Active, Outdoor Work (1–5 Ton Driving) Hourly + Bonuses | Full-Time | Lower MainlandAre you a reliable driver who enjoys physical work and leading a small team Join Recycle-It Canada — a fast-growing company providing property cleanups, junk removal, and light demolition services across the Lower Mainland.We’re hiring Truck Team Leads to take charge on-site, work alongside a helper, and represent our brand with professionalism and pride.What You’ll Do:

  • Drive a 1-ton, 3-ton, or 5-ton truck (Class 5 license required).
  • Lead a small crew — keep the job on schedule and help with loading/unloading.
  • Talk to customers, keep job notes, and communicate with dispatch.
  • Occasional upsell or provide basic quotes (we’ll train you on this).
  • Perform cleanups and light demolition work.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with 1+ year experience (1–5 ton trucks).
  • Strong communicator and physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs).
  • Leadership mindset — take initiative and support your teammate.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in different conditions.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in junk removal, construction, or moving.
  • Familiarity with job costing or light estimating.
  • Routing or logistics knowledge is a bonus.
