Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Development Coordinator to join our client #39;s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and facilitating real estate development projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing real estate development projects.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Marketing, Pre-Construction, and Construction to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
  • Track project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including contractors, architects, consultants, and government officials.
  • Assist with the municipal entitlement process to secure necessary approvals and permits.
  • Support strata management setup and monitoring to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Support the sales team by providing analytics and market trend insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support financing and project proforma analytics and decisions to optimize project outcomes.
  • Research market trends to support project decisions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
