Job Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Service Business Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Swan River, MB. The successful candidate will direct and coordinate the dealerships service activities with focus on customer product support, technician efficiency, departmental profitability, and ensure service operation processes are followed.ResponsibilitiesThis individual’s responsibilities include:

  • Working with other departments and the Regional Service Manager to create an effective and productive environment
  • Planning and initiating all service department functions, including attraction, retention and effective engagement of all department staff
RequirementsThis would be an ideal position if you:
  • Are a results-oriented individual with a minimum of 5+ years of Management experience in the Ag industry and have a technical background
  • Have proven experience leading, developing and motivating others, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to achieve results through others
