Job Description

Position: Territory Merchandiser/ Sales RepresentativeLocation: Etobicoke, ONSalary: $60,000 YearlyIndustry: Manufacturing / Food / Merchandising / SalesEmployment Term: Full Time / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to expand the company’s customer base
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers
  • Present products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiate to receive the best pricing and secure new accounts
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and increase sales
  • Collaborate with team to create product displays and promotions
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal shelf positioning
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Post Secondary education in a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in merchandising/ sales related role preferably in a food manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills needed
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Results driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid Driver #39;s license
  • Able to travel to territory as assigned
