Job Description

S3 Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at our office in Swift Current, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately. Since 1966, our company has been designing and building specialized equipment, products, and custom components for end-users and other manufacturers around the world. S3 fosters a respectful, teamwork environment where ideas are valued and everyone contributes with significance.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records in the database.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with customers to provide order status updates and address inquiries.
  • Manage and organize sales-related documentation and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to facilitate seamless order processing.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer accounts.
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the sales department.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
