We’re seeking a Line Cook to join us this summer at The Bison! Named in Trip Advisor #39;s top 10 Canadian fine dining restaurants and OpenTable #39;s Top 100 Restaurants in Canada, we proudly feature regional, seasonal, Canadian cuisine. Watch the show as a line of talented chefs prepare your meal in our open concept copper kitchen. Specializing in forno creations, fresh plant based dishes and of course Alberta bison. What You #39;ll Do:
  • Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
  • Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:
  • Excellent work ethic and communication skills
  • Previous culinary experience
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
