Job Description

We’re seeking a Prep Cook to join us this summer at Balkan! Fresh Mediterranean in the heart of Banff. From fresh pita wraps to mouthwatering souvlakiamp; plenty of vegetarian options, prepare your taste buds for funamp; flavourful Mediterranean dishes paired perfectly with vibrant cocktails and fruity spirit-free drinks. What You #39;ll Do:
  • Preparing ingredients and food items ensuring standards are being met

  • Previous culinary experience
