The RolePaylidify is currently looking for a driven Business Development Representative with a proven track record of success, and natural sales instincts to join, and help build, our Sales and Development team. Reporting to the Calgary-based Regional Manager of Business Development, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts, drive pipeline growth, and ensure you generate high-quality appointments with new SMB customers to meet sales goals. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by targets and goals. This role is far from ordinary! You #39;ll collaborate closely with both our Sales and Operations teams to identify new customers that align with the Paylidify ecosystem, while also partnering with various cross-functional teams and departments.You will become an expert in the products and services that enable merchants to grow and thrive within the Paylidify ecosystem. You will utilize your passion for growth and a winning mentality to improve the standard of success. Ideal candidates will have experience working with client relationship management tools and strive towards growth and advancement.   • Stay up-to-date with Paylidify #39;s range of products and services, grasping their unique value proposition and how they can drive customer growth.
  • Oversee and prioritize a dynamic sales pipeline to speed up sales cycles.
  • Leverage Paylidify #39;s sales enablement tools to keep accurate sales records and documentation, ensuring you consistently hit your monthly targets.
  • Adopt a solutions-driven sales approach that fosters urgency, uncovers business challenges, and delivers customized value.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, motivation, and achieving goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Administration, and Account Executives) to harmonize sales strategies and enhance new account on-boarding and conversion processes.
  • Assess performance metrics and share insights with the management team, offering strategic recommendations to improve performance and ensure you routinely meet or surpass monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Regularly achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and deliver feedback effectively
  • Solid experience with sales tools and CRMs to track performance and drive team effectiveness
