As a Baker, you #39;ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best quality products daily.Your Role as a Baker:

• Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods according to our recipes.
• Open the bakery early in the morning, ensuring everything is set up for a successful day.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Track food supplies and ingredients and assist in ordering when necessary.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 22 kg as needed.
