Job Description

MatrixHR is currently seeking out a Contract Management Services Analyst for our client located in Kitimat, BC. This role will be a Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm schedule based on a one-year term.**Please Note: There is NO relocation assistance with this role **Location: Kitimat BCLength: 1 year contract (Mid to Senior-Level)Full Time / Pay Rate: $40 - $50/hrKey Job Duties:

  • Support on site services (janitorial, food, coffee, water, laundry services)
  • Track and maintain budget
  • Work with site partners and vendor partners to find cost saving solutions
  • Support the Contract Management Services Analyst team with increasing the maturity and employee retention on site
  • Run reports, provide coaching and training to internal and external stakeholders
Essential skills include:
  • Experience with managing contractors and supporting governance
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to take initiative
