Level up your career as an:Accounting ClerkThe Accounting Clerk is responsible for the performance and maintenance of incoming and outgoing payments, and all associated record keeping, ensuring that all receipts and payments are handled accurately, securely, and efficiently. They will support Vidir’s strong supply chain through establishing important relationships with suppliers, customers, bank and government representatives, and other organizations.Responsibilities: · Ensures timely and accurate processing of payments for purchase orders, expense reimbursements, credit card statements, and any other accounting transactions.· Perform routine clerical accounting duties within a fast-paced finance department, while adhering to established accounting standards· Performs other clerical and administrative work as assigned.“With great power comes great responsibility”Qualifications: · Completion of secondary school with additional Accounting courses or training is required. A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration is preferred.· A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable role.· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, and Accounting software.· Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal· Organized, efficient and strong attention to details and accuracy· Proactive, self-managed and dedicated to company growth· Strong analytical, financial, and mathematical abilitiesLove Where you work – Live where you love:You’re elevating others every day – we want you to reach the next level too!
