Kletke Seed Farm Ltd is an ISO 9001 certified company: a North American leader in seed treatment and cleaning located outside of Teulon, Manitoba.Kletke Seed Farm Ltd is seeking an individual to fill the position of Production Labourer.The Production Labourer will perform duties related to production of all product in the plant. Duties include: operate power tools, sweepers and production machinery. Move product within the warehouse upon return, in preparation for treatment and/or shipping, assist with picking and staging loads, process returns, assist with inventory, operate a forklift, contribute to and participate in the success of our Quality Management System.Qualifications include: Grade 12, 1-3 years of experience relating to warehousing or production in a seed treating plant, certified forklift operator, must be considerate and can interact with other employees, supervisors, management, and customers in a professional manner, effective problem solving, high-level mathematical, analytical and communications skills, strong initiative, utilizes creativity and capable of working with minimal supervision, ability to lift 50 lbs., possess a valid Province of Manitoba drivers licence.This is a full-time position. The salary ranges from $17.00-$22.00 per hour and is dependent on qualifications.
