Level up your career as a:Sales RepresentativeThe Sale Representative acts as the first point of contact with the customer, providing the customer with exceptional customer service with the intention of growing the business through generating new leads, and processing purchase orders.The Sales Representative is responsible for making sales calls, creating quotes, and engaging with customers in order to generate sales.Responsibilities:“ With great power comes great responsibility ”

  • Contact all sales leads and establish strong customer relationships by identifying customer needs and interests.
  • Conduct regular follow up calls, cold calls and execute independent marketing efforts to create new prospects and build on current list of customers.
  • Assist in managing the internal sales database, creating quotes, finalizing purchase orders and submitting all the required paperwork in order to close the sale.
  • Recognize opportunities for upselling products and services and consistently working towards exceeding company sales targets.
  • Support the sales process by attending trade shows and meeting with customers on site , as required.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of Sales experience is required.
  • Experience in selling Industrial Machinery and Equipment to new and existing customers
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with both customers and suppliers.
  • College diploma or University degree in a related field; marketing, sales, business and engineering would be considered an asset.
