With over 25 years in business, we’ve proven to be a leader in the development and production of innovative and robust agricultural farm equipment.*_The Opportunity_*We’re looking for an After-Market Sales & Service Specialist to join our team in Thamesville, ON. The successful candidate will lead our Customer Support Team in the enhancement of our dealer relationships and customer service experience, and achievement of our parts sales targets. The core responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing processes for effective customer interface
• Establishing and monitoring weekly/monthly/yearly goals for parts shipments
• Developing and documenting process improvements for whole goods and parts invoicing
• Establishing objective goals for our Parts Department shipments
• Maintaining customer service data within our ERP system (ABAS)

• Maintaining customer service software (Magento & Zoho)

Our Ideal Candidate

• Has 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Is computer-savvy with a working knowledge of ERP software
• Is skilled at leading a team of people
• Is a big-picture thinker who can strategically develop and implement sales programs
• Is creative and has a positive attitude
