Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting patients with frame selection, lens recommendations, ordering, edging, and verifying optical orders.
  • Administrative, booking appointments and customer service tasks.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team-oriented environment, prioritize quality and accuracy, and enjoy working with people to provide exceptional customer service. The right candidate for this position is detail-oriented, reliable and committed to excellence.Key Attributes:
  • We are looking for someone with high energy and an eagerness to learn attitude and the ability to balance working as part of a larger team and working independently.
  • The ideal candidate should have well-developed written and spoken communication skills.
  • Registered Ontario Opticians’ License in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year optical working experience.
