Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our hotel team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills in conversational English.Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
  • Respond promptly to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
  • Control access to the hotel and maintain a log of visitors and deliveries.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises, including entrances, exits, and common areas.
  • Assist in maintaining order and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and address any security-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement when necessary.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Conversational English skills.
  • Previous experience in security or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Valid security guard license or certification, if required by local regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
