We are seeking a Full Time Team Leader (35 Hours per week) for our Thompson office that will be responsible for supporting the delivery of various programs to diverse clients (including but not limited to LGBTQ2S - identifying individuals, newcomers, etc.). Our programs are client based with outcomes being education, training, and employment.Qualifications – You will be able to demonstrate the following: · Have 2 years prior program management experience or· Have 3 years prior management experience in Retail, Hospitality, or other services· Must have a strong practice of training, mentorship, and team building· Must have the ability to work with Indigenous peoples from diverse communities· Must have strong skills working with digital technology and various software· Build and manage a team culture and the ability to give and receive feedback· Excellent communication, decision making, and leadership skills· Be able to adapt and respond to pressure in a fast changing environment· Must have a Class V Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle· Experience working with Income Assistance Programming a strong asset· Have at least Two Years of Post Secondary, training, or professional development (relevant certificate programs)Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 12 monthsSalary: $24.72-$35.71 per hourBenefits:
