• Reporting to the Senior Fleet Manager, this role is based in London, ON, and offers a combination of salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. The 310T Licensed Mechanic - Senior Leadhand is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company vehicles (trucks, trailers).
• Key responsibilities include Performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy tractors and trailers.
• The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. The role offers diverse tasks and continuous learning opportunities, making it an exciting and dynamic position within the company.

What You Bring to the Role

• High school diploma and Certified Class 310T Mechanic license -Valid Ontario Government mechanic certificate of qualification
• Must have own tools in good working order
• Valid Class G driver’s license required
• Valid AZ driver’s license would be an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience with computers to update and log work orders
• 5+ year experience working in a similar role
