Job Description

Must be comfortable making phone calls and data entry

• Responsible for providing administrative and clerical duties such as
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Following up with customers via fax, phone and email
• Perform data entry to various database systems
• Perform a variety of clerical tasks
• Minor accounting tasks

Work Experience

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must have experience answering phone
• Ability to multi-task
• Accounting skills an asset

Education CertificationMust have valid

• WHMIS certification
• Health and Safety Awareness certification
• AODA certification

Wages Terms of Employment

• Up to $18.00 depending upon experience
• 40 hours a week
• Permanent, Full-Time Position and Benefits

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:

• 8 hour shift
