Job Description

Coastal Steel Construction Ltd.Material HandlerCoastal Steel Construction Limited is a leading manufacturer, distributor of custom structural steel fabrication. Coastal specializes in active and energetic workplace. We offer a wide range of services including steel fabrication, product sales and installation services.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently load, unload, and move materials using manual labor or mechanical equipment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment to move heavy materials.
  • Verify materials received.
  • Pack and prepare materials for shipment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with forklift operation is an asset.
  • Physically fit and able to frequently lift in excess of 50 pounds.
Salary: $23.00/hourBonus: Potential annual bonuses available up to 5% of equivalent salary.Benefits: Extended health, life insurance, AD amp;D, dental, long term disability.Job Type: Full-time permanent, 32 hours per weekLanguage: At least intermediate English is required.Job Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario.Bonus: Potential annual bonuses available up to 5% of equivalent salary.Benefits: Extended health, life insurance, AD amp;D, dental, long term disability.Job Type: Full-time permanent, 32 hours per week
