Job Description

Here we grow again!We are looking for a FULL-Time Customer Service Specialist with opportunity to upgrade to full-time to join our dynamic team.Those with volunteerism, team environments, or experience in retail will receive preference.

  • Exemplary Customer Service
  • Cashier
  • Merchandiser
  • Product Consultant
  • Occasional Deliveries (Valid Drivers License Required G2 or G - Vehicle Provided)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining professional standards while delivering superior customer service
  • Answer phones and general inquiries from patients or customers and referral to Pharmacist when necessary.
  • Keeping a safe, comfortable and clean work environment.
  • Possess a positive team spirit in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned.
Availability Required:
  • Weekdays 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Expect about 40 hours a week
  • Expect to be scheduled every OTHER weekend ( Saturday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Sunday Noon - 4:00 pm )
Qualifications:
  • Strong motivation to succeed and a willingness to learn is required.
  • Strong customer support skills - able to maintain a professional demeanour when speaking with our customers.
  • Remain calm under pressure and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A significant degree of self-starting and independence in an ever-changing environment.
