We are currently looking for Custom Subframe and Chassis Builders for our Day Shift and Night Shift.Titan Trailers offers long term, steady work using state of the art equipment. We build amazing, custom trailers which means that you won’t be doing the same thing all day, everyday. We are a family owned and run business and we care about our people.   • Welding with state of the art Fronius TPS 320i manual welding machines with water cooled push pull Jobmaster display torches
  • Building frames for dump trailers and hopper trailers
  • Assembling and welding custom chassis
  • All position MIG welding
  • Pressing and forming rails using a hydraulic press
  • Crane operating provided with in-house training
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Utilizing tools such as mechanical hand held tools as well as a tape measure
  • Fitting cross members
Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience as a Welder/Fitter preferred
  • Experience in MIG welding
  • Experience welding aluminum an asset
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints required
  • Overtime available
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail
Work Conditions
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc
  • Busy environment
  • Must be able to stay focused on the task at hand
  • Overtime as required
  • Hazards associated with the trade

Day Shift hours are 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00 am to 12 noon on FridayNight Shift hours are 3:30 pm to 2:00 am Monday to ThursdayThe starting wage for this position is dependent on experience and training.
