Accurate and appealing preparation of menu items in a timely and efficient manner. Observation of Health and Food Safety guidelines in the workplace. Food Handlers Certificate required within 60 days of hire. Preparation of food items such as gravy, sauces, chili, soups, chopping vegetables, portioning condiments ie. sour cream, dressings. Opening and closing sequences, operation of equipment and related cleaning maintenance. Follow any instructions of supervisor. Must have the ability to work alone or as a team member. Aprons provided. Non slip shoes required. Experience preferred but willing to train the appropriate candidate.
