Job Description

LOOKING TO HIRE A PROPERTY MANAGER TO ADD TO OUR TIMMINS TEAM!Your role is to be our local PROPERTY MANAGER, with the goal of overseeing the overall maintenance/repairs to our apartment buildings and to ensure that vacancies are filled with good quality tenants. We currently manage roughly 80 apartment doors in the Timmins area.We are looking to fill various positions, full-time, part-time positions with daytime and/or afternoon/evening hours and some on- call after hours if emergency calls are received.We are going to be flexible with this role for the right individual. We are also willing to work out a contract that includes accommodations (1 bedroom apartment).Responsibilities· Manage all aspects of assigned properties· Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards· Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants· Coordinate and interact with contractors in a timely and reliable manner· Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants· Rent vacant units with minimal vacancy time· New tenants are onboarded· Collect receivable accounts· Build and maintain relationships with current clients· Stay up to date with Training Material*Subject to revision as per managerial discretionIDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:- Repairs and Maintenance Experience/KnowledgeIMPORTANT- For the right applicant, additional training and supported to be provided!YOU MUST HAVE:- A vehicle and a valid Drivers License- A smartphoneSKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS:- Attention to Detail- Good communication skills is a must- Self-Motivated- Ability to work independently, unsupervised and under pressure- Good time management skills to meet strict deadlines- Comfortable with using a smartphone- MOST OF ALL: Pride in workmanship!ABOUT US- We are a well established property management company in Sudbury, ON that has branched into the Timmins and District Area to better serve the area with a management team that is a step above the rest.
