If you share our commitment to providing excellent service to our communities then this opportunity is for you!The opportunity now exists for a seasonal Administrative Assistant position serving our Wasaga Dunes RV Resort in Tiny, ON.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: · Greet and check-in / process fee payments for our campers/guests· Complete telephone registrations for our campers/guests· Create faxes, letters, emails, invoices, newsletters, posters and other documents, as required· Handle outgoing and incoming emails, telephone calls· Coding invoices for payment· Control of petty cash and reconciliation· Maintaining filing system· General clerical duties as assignedRequired Experience, Skills and Abilities: · 2-3 years hospitality / customer service experience· Excellent telephone manner, strong verbal and written communication skills· Demonstate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality· Ability to accurately listen, understand and respond appropriately· Maintain a mature, professional image and demeanor with all employees and visitors at all times· Highly proactive, organized, able to multi-task and work independently, with a minimum of supervision and tight deadlines· Detail oriented and takes pride in ability to produce quality documents quickly and to company standards using templates· Proficient use of various office based software including Microsoft Office and Outlook· Excellent time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision· Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures· Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential· Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information; knowledge of applicable data privacy laws· General mathematical skills· Ability to successfully complete a criminal and credit background checkPlease note that only individuals selected for an interview will be contacted.
