Beeland Co-op is hiring a Part Time Cashier at our Food Store in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform cashiering duties and guest service duties along with assisting with stocking and facing of grocery department products and maintaining general cleanliness throughout the front-end
Provide direction for guests based on a thorough knowledge of item locations in the store
Balance tills at the start / end of shifts, monitoring the stores front-end activities where cashiers are working with respect to asset protection
Operate cash register
Provide information, assistance and customer service in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise in a friendly and courteous way
Maintain good housekeeping standards in the work area
Provide front-end customer service as per required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds; lift boxes up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
Required to be on ones feet for an extended period of time
