Were looking for a customer focused Member Service Representative I with excellent communication skills and who is not afraid of a challenge to join our team at the Tisdale Branch of Cornerstone Credit Union!As the Member Service Representative I you will promote and sell credit union products and services while processing member transactions through a range of routine cash and non-cash services to new and existing members. You will seek opportunities for our members financial wellness and make quality referrals to our retail team.

  • This position is full-time (37.5 hours per week) for an approximate 12-month term only, currently deemed to end in December, 2023. Start date will be determined based upon the successful candidates availability. Actual length of term may be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational/departmental requirements.
What We Are Looking For . . . . .To be considered for our Member Service Representative I position, you must have Grade 12 education with post-secondary education being preferred, and up to one year of related sales and customer service experience.
