Team Lead, Member Service - Tisdale BranchJoin the Cornerstone Crew!Be Part of Something . . . . .Do you love helping others succeed We are looking for an outgoing self-motivated Member Service Supervisor with exceptional communication skills to lead a team of Member Service Representatives at the Tisdale branch of Cornerstone Credit Union!As the Team Lead, Member Service, it will be your job to motivate, coach, mentor and develop a team of member service professionals! Reporting to the Manager, Financial Services you will ensure top-notch service in the delivery of credit union products and services. In addition to managing the day to day operations of the MSR Department you will manage branch cash flows to ensure adequate cash levels are maintained to meet requirements and ensure compliance to policies, procedures and legislation.What we are looking for . . . . .To be considered for our Team Lead, Member Service position, you must have post-secondary education in business plus two to four years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. If you already know about the features and benefits of credit union products and services that's an extra bonus!The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, organization and time management skills.
