A CE is a leading class sales professional who is market-facing, client-centric and brings the power of EY to drive market-leading growth. You will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional service to our big-bank clients in the Financial Services sector, win in the marketplace, and support EY #39;s growth and profitability.The OpportunityThe Financial Services Client Executive is an expert in Bankingamp; Capital Markets. The focus of this role is to drive development and execution market growth in one of Canada #39;s largest banks across EY #39;s services, working closely with Service Line Leaders and Account teams. The CE is responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities, with end-to-end accountability of the sales cycle. As a trusted advisor to industry leading banking clients, the CE leverages deep and long-standing financial services experience to understand the challenges that our customers face, effectively articulating EY #39;s value proposition by demonstrating measurable business outcomes. You will have a successful track record for developing relationships at thequot;C quot; level as well as for working with and winning large, complex accounts, preferably while serving them at a global professional services and/or technology consulting firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling large digital and business transformation solutions to the Big 5 Canadian Banks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand creator: create opportunities that compel clients to invest in new solutions
  • Sales strategist: develop strategy and value proposition for accounts and other opportunities
  • Trusted relationship executive: establish and foster long term relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service delivery
  • Consultative advisor: bring together business sector and account knowledge along with sales competencies and solutions to meet client needs
  • Talent developer: provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to EY client serving individuals
To qualify, candidates must have:
  • 15+ years of business development management experience with large scale digital solutions, business transformation or business process management solutions.
  • A proven record for selling complex services and solutions at thequot;C quot; level to enterprise level clients within a banking environment
  • Communicate with impact and lead through influence
  • Able to drive a winning sales strategy and foster innovative thinking
  • A proven track record of success in a solution-oriented, professional services environment
  • Able to drive successful engagements and create demand through insight
Ideally, you #39;ll also have
  • A commitment to remaining current on EY training and curriculum (e.g.: sales strategy, account management strategy, digital learning)
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
