Job Description

What You #39;ll Do:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of local and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Ensure the security, alerting, monitoring, scalability, and performance of cloud environments and network
  • Collaborate with service providers and other technology vendors to ensure effective partnerships and optimal utilization of services
  • Lead the planning, design, and maintenance of the organization #39;s infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure performance
  • Drive the development and improvement of DevOps pipelines for efficient software delivery
  • Oversee automation tools, services and platforms for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
  • Collaborate with development, engineering and quality assurance teams to streamline code deployment and release processes
  • Oversee the operation (availability and reliability) of technology infrastructure of retail stores, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, store builds and customer-facing technologies.
  • Collaborate with Store Operations, Retailamp; Omni platform teams to implement technology solutions that enhance experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of infrastructure innovation
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance infrastructure capabilities
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Manage the infrastructure and DevOps budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure infrastructure in compliance with industry regulations, internal security policies, processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the information security team to implement and enhance security measures across cloud, network and sever workloads to safeguard data and systems
Let #39;s Talk About You:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or experience
  • Proven experience (8-12 years) in a leadership role overseeing infrastructure, cloud services, DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure as code in a mid-size enterprise environment
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), Windows Server, M365 and network architecture
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements (such as SOX)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft (Azureamp; M365) is preferred
  • Deep understanding of modern infrastructure technologies
