Reporting directly to the Senior Director (Global Head) of Revenue Operations (RevOps) GTM IA, you will leadamp; guide the GTM Analytics team #39;s robust analytical collaborations across RevOpsamp; the Customeramp; Revenue Office,amp; leverage data-driven approaches to shape effective GTM strategies for sales, marketing, customer care, experience, success,amp; commercial operations, evaluatingamp; providing actionable insights, driving consistent segmentationamp; targeting, and utilising predictive/prescriptive data science that empowers data-driven decisions driving predictable revenue acceleration through optimised customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesOverseeamp; guide the full range of GTM Analyticsamp; best practices

  • Overseeamp; guide RevOps GTM analytics, leading a team of analytics professionalsamp; leveraging industry best practicesamp; advanced statistical analytical techniques, predictiveamp; prescriptive AI/MLamp; technologies to analyse complex datasets, derive actionable insights,amp; shape effective segmentation, targeting, optimised customer experiencesamp; revenue-accelerating GTM strategies
Developamp; execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Develop a comprehensive GTM analytical planamp; roadmap by understanding company objectives, goals,amp; GTM priorities, identifying areas for analytics, engaging stakeholders,amp; defining measurable KPIs
  • Evaluate data availabilityamp; quality,amp; identify suitable sources, systems, tools,amp; analytics techniques for reliable analysis, visualisation, forecasting,amp; decision-making
  • Establish operational infrastructure/architecture with the DataOps teamamp; build a skilled analytics team to execute data-driven approaches, plansamp; roadmap
Establishamp; maintain strong analytical interlocks with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborateamp; position the team as the analytical point of contact with cross-functional RevOpsamp; the Customeramp; Revenue Office priority stakeholders to gather input, align objectives, facilitate the adoption of interoperable practicesamp; ensure consistent delivery of analytical GTM value
  • Effectivelyamp; regularly communicate insights, recommendations, analytical findings, outcomesamp; value generated from analytics initiatives (with scale) to internal stakeholders, leadershipamp; external partners
  • Continuously monitor the performance of GTM analytics initiativesamp; evaluate their effectiveness, soliciting feedback to refineamp; iterate the GTM analytics strategy as needed
Provide actionable insights,amp; empower data-driven decisions
  • Leverage appropriate analytical techniquesamp; tools to conduct thorough data analysis, extracting actionable insights that inform GTM decision-making by uncovering, visualising,amp; presenting trends, patterns, correlations, probabilitiesamp; forecasts in clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and data visualisations that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions to shape effective GTM strategies
Leadamp; manage a diverse team of analytics professionals, fostering innovationamp; continuous improvement
  • Manage GTM Analytics teams #39; performance through motivation, engagement,amp; coaching
  • Drive people development strategy, including location-basedamp; hybrid-virtual initiatives
  • Provide transformational leadershipamp; guidance for escalationsamp; interlocks to other stakeholders
  • Establish GTM Analytics processes based on industry best practices for EQIX #39;s best-in-class approach

Qualifications
  • Substantial experience overseeing data analytics, modelling, insights generation, team leadership,amp; shaping data-driven GTM strategies
  • Deep expertise in statistical analysis, data analytics,amp; modelling for actionable business insights from complex data sets
  • Proven track record in leadingamp; managing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration,amp; providing mentorshipamp; professional development
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics, predictiveamp; prescriptive AI/MLamp; technologies to optimise GTM strategiesamp; customer experiences
  • Effective stakeholder managementamp; communication skills to engage cross-functional teams, senior leadership,amp; external partners
  • Knowledge of RevOpsamp;/or Customeramp; Revenue Office, including GTM segmentation, sales, marketing, customer care/successamp; commercial ops
  • Committed to continuous improvement by staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices in analytics,amp; embracing open-source transformation
  • Preferred: Bachelor #39;s degree in a related field (Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics/Administration, Economics/Econometrics, Computer Science, IT, or similar). Optional: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) certification
  • Experience with Excel, SAS, SPSS, Python, R, ANOVA, MATLAB, Tableau, ESRI, Power Bi, Salesforce, Clari, AI/ML toolingamp; scripting
