The Manager, Application Developmentamp; Transformation is a critical role that leads the development and extensibility efforts of all Enterprise Platforms. As Manager, you will lead a team of developers and manage the complete software development lifecycle, to minimize risk and exceed stakeholder expectations. You must hold expert technical and system knowledge in the ERP and retail space, and work with the broader Enterprise team to design and implement system solutions in an agile framework. You are also responsible to innovate and continuously modernize the Enterprise technical stack, working with Partners and understanding new technical capabilities as they become available. Additionally, you recruit, coach and mentor a team of experts that are considered true business partners throughout the organization.What You #39;ll Do:
