Join the new CBI Health and find where your better begins.About this opportunityReporting to the Infrastructure Manager, the Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT Tier 2-Tier 3 and the infrastructure team in order to better the business and provide quality, timely and effective service to our customers. This role implements, supports, and manages core IT systems and processes in accordance with CBI Health #39;s vision and philosophy.Take an inside look at what you #39;ll do each day:

  • Manage and configure telephony and networking
  • Administer and configure back-end systems including Active Directory, backup, network technology
  • Deploy, manage, and support networked endpoints, switches and access point connectivityIT data circuit management, including rollout, problem troubleshooting and termination
  • Respond to ticket escalations from Tier 1/2 support
  • Assist with Infrastructure-related projects
  • Work with other teams to provide cross-function assistance where required
  • Escalate sensitive support issues to the appropriate department
  • Monitor status of core systems and respond to performance issues immediately
  • Vendor management
Here #39;s what you #39;ll need to be successful:
  • College/University degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with an emphasis on network and telecom
  • Strong inter-personal skills with a demonstrated customer focused approach
  • Problem solving mindset and exhibits attention to details
  • Flexible and analytical
  • Able to be proactive and work independently and in a team environment
  • Resourceful with the ability to analyze, adapt and overcome challenges
