Mejuri continues to reach new customers through exciting community initiatives and expansion into international markets, such as the UK, Australia and Germany.We are a team of retailers, creatives, technologists and strategists, and we are looking for someone special to join our team.The Manager, Retail Operations (18 month maternity leave contract) is responsible for developing, improving, upholding and scaling the standards of operational excellence across our global retail stores. This individual will provide partnership to the Senior Director, Retail Experienceamp; operations to further simplify, create efficiencies and facilitate future growth and scale within our rapidly growing retail store network. This individual will be responsible for oversight, planning, measurement and continuous improvement of all processes, tools and infrastructure within our stores and will ensure we are proactively planning for future growth. The Manager, Retail Operations will also act as a conduit between support departments and Retail Stores by partnering closely with cross-functional leadership across the business, acting as a resource and consultant to develop and launch initiatives in-store and improve and standardize best practices that impact the retail stores.What you #39;ll do:

  • Identify opportunities and implement SOPs and Best Practices to improve performance, drive efficacy and increase profitability.
  • Evolve current SOPs and Best Practices with changing business needs
  • Oversee operational focuses improve compliance, execution and awareness of company policies, procures, processes and best practices.
  • Vendor and supply management for the retail store fleet
  • Own BOH organization and operational order fulfillment standards across the fleet
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining the accuracy of sellable and non sellable inventory across our global retail store network to enable all stores to maximize revenue and minimize loss through process improvement, education, and BOH optimization
  • Working closely with our Fulfillment Center, Purchasingamp; Planning, and Store Management teams, the Retail Inventory Control Specialist will ensure the accurate and timely receipt of goods, be accountable to all inventory movement within the store, investigate discrepancies, support inventory inquiries and seek to continuously improve our systems, tools, processes and procedures to ensure all shipping, receiving and inventory management functions within our stores are efficient and accurate.
  • Drive project across the organization that support new initiatives serving as the subject matter expert for retails stores
What you bring to the team:
  • Experience in supporting multi-unit retail an asset
  • Experience leading or working within a retailer that has scaled
  • 5+ years of operations leadership experience within retail or hospitality
  • Experience coaching teamsamp; multi-unit management
  • Experience working for an omnichannel retailer
  • Strong business acumen and excellent understanding of retail standards and operational best practices
