Job Description

Product ManagerWhat We NeedFLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Product Manager within our Corpay division. Product Management is a global team of customer-first, user-oriented collaborators, partnering closely with marketing, sales and engineering teams.

  • This role #39;s mission is to contribute towards product commercialization strategy, structure go-to-market plan for our suite of productsamp; execute tactics to drive product adoption, engagementamp; retention. Thinkquot;North America quot; as we work to expand our solutions around the world, adapting the product packaging and content you create to market-specific considerations. This role is a highly cross-functional role at Corpay, partnering closely with Product managers and Marketing, Sales, Design, and regulatory to name a few.
  • This role will focus on, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.
The salary range rate for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 CAD.How We WorkAs a Product Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
  • Assigned workspace in 212 King Street West, Toronto ON office

Role ResponsibilitiesThis position will be the focal point for go-to-market planning:
  • Develop and implement launch plans for new products, services and features that are aligned with overall company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these plans.
  • Perform customer segmentation, analyze target audiences to identify key segments and develop tailored approach that connects with diverse client demographics, psychographics, and preferences.
  • Tie product vision through compelling positioning for target segments that effectively communicates the unique and differentiated value propositions of Corpay Cross Border story.
  • Plan and execute market-fit analysis to understand what #39;s working and not working for our clients with existing products and test new ones with prospects before fully going to market.
  • Monitor and analyze impact on engagement, retention, CLTV metrics, by leveraging data and insights to make informed adjustments and optimizations for product growth.
  • Help find connecting dots between seemingly two or more different products to package them for a common segment in the assigned market.
  • Evaluate pricing strategy of competitors, help structure pricing model for product packages and work with product director to calculate success ratio based on the pricing options.
The successful candidate will have these attributes:
  • Understand our customers within our target segments (including by talking regularly with current and prospective customers), and ensure our top-level messages and narratives are organized around their concerns, use cases, and priorities.
  • Understand our competitive landscape and become the go-to expert on why users do and don #39;t embrace the full Corpay Cross Border portfolio, in order to help shape the product roadmap and strategy
  • Develop and execute on positioning strategy for sales team sessions, our town halls as well as other key events, channels, customer touchpoints through which it #39;s important to land our corporate and portfolio narratives.
  • Manage post launch success metrics by identifying gaps in product-market fit, work across org to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Apply learnings from market evaluation when collaborating with stakeholders around product bundlingamp; pricing for Corpay products
  • Contribute content to define clear positioning, differentiated value for new and existing products
  • Createamp; conduct interviews with customersamp; prospects to analyze why opportunities were won or lostamp; share insights with product managers
