• Design component and module architecture and write code for VN #39;s new digital platform and innovative web and mobile products, related components, and partner integrated applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are met.
• Develop high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.
• Develop and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and, develop and integrate API with data schemas and data storage solutions such as relational databases, NoSQL key-value stores, blob stores on distributed architectures, and graph databases.
• Design, develop and implement scalable, low-latency, high-availability and performant mobile applications. Write reusable, testable, robust and efficient code at high quality levels, with clear identification of security and data protection measure implementation.
• Leverage TDD and use automated testing and unit tests.
• Provide end-to-end support of software systems from design through development to deployments and maintenance.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps and AI/Data Science teams.
• Collaborate with the product team, share feedback from project implementations and influence the product roadmap and future micro-service/monolithic architectures.
• Ensure designs and code are well documented and suitable for use by customers and influencers and are ready to scale
• Be comfortable in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, agile environment without sacrificing the quality of work products.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and trends.

What you need to have:

• Eager and ready to take on new challenges, contribute to growth, and lead innovative initiatives.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies
• 5+ years of Android development experience.
• Proficient in Kotlin.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical challenges and solutions.
• Expertise in creating pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
• Familiarity with Jitpack Package Manager for dependency management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Background in building scalable infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related field.
