You #39;ll develop curriculum, designs learning content and facilitates delivery through blended digital, virtual and in-person vehicles. You #39;ll liaise with other teams to ensure core concepts are nested within our CIBC Leadership framework and future-focused skills, adaptively providing new solutions to achieve results, partnering with teams in other functional areas (e.g. Communications, HR/ER, Workforce Transformationamp; Leadership, etc.) to drive leader-focused initiatives that ensure CIBC is future-proofing leaders and unlocking our full potential across our full leadership bench.You will manage financial and people resources across all areas of influence, acting as a business lead to execute long-term business strategies and plans that enable the business to deliver on its mandate, goals and objectives. You will establish and maintain internal stakeholder and executive management relationships to effectively influence strategic priorities, facilitate decision making and enhance operational effectiveness.
