With 80+ investment professionals, OMERS Infrastructure currently has $30B of assets under management and 33 investments across 5 continents. Unlike OMERS other asset classes, a key component of OMERS Infrastructure #39;s strategy includes co-investing with third party investors and raising external third-party capital resulting in a SEC and FCA registration as well as increased complexity and additional critical compliance requirements.This executive will take a leading role, together with their counterpart supporting the Asia Pacific region, in the build/evolution of a robust, sophisticated global compliance framework (policies, procedures, tools) and strategy to support OMERS Infrastructure #39;s growth in size and complexity. More specifically, this leader will be accountable for:Team LeadershipLead, mentor, support and develop a geographically dispersed team of lawyers and compliance professionals in London (including the CCO for the FCA regulated subsidiary) and New York.Business Relationships/Trusted Advisor
