What do our Account Representatives do:This entry-level role is the perfect blend of hands-on client engagement and foundational sales and account management experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging directly with qualified prospects, building strong relationships, and delivering personalized service to meet their needs.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Tracking and monitoring account progress, managing essential documentation, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to clear guidelines for reporting.
  • Working closely with management to learn account analysis, strategic planning, and customer engagement best practices, preparing you for future leadership roles.
  • Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and that expectations are met.
Success as an Account Representative is all about the right attitude and skills. Here’s what we’re looking for:
