You will analyze workforce data, optimize HR systems, and develop data reporting processes, bridging the gap between HRIS technology and people processes. You will play a vital role in generating data-driven insights that will enhance the employee experience and support the company’s strategic goals.This hybrid role requires 2 days of on-site work each week, with Wednesdays as a mandatory in-office day.What’s in it for youImpact and influence.
