You will play a highly valued role on web initiatives from conception to post-production. You will modify and update existing user-facing web-based software products using PHP frameworks (Laravel for REST APIs). You are recognized as a subject matter expert and excel at designing innovative solutions while optimizing backend performance.What #39;s in it for you:Technical Challenges: You will lead the decision-making process for transitioning from a monolithic to an API-based architecture, helping us determine whether to modify our existing setup or start from scratch. You will design and implement the API architecture, creating a strong foundation for migrating all systems from non-API to API. In this role, you will spend 70% of your time coding and 30% mentoring other developers, sharing your expertise and guiding them through best practices.Autonomy and Impact: You will have the independence to shape our technical direction, leveraging your experience to inform decisions, avoid common pitfalls, and adopt industry best practices.
