Our strategic partnerships and robust recruiting budget ensure that our team can effectively service our clients and drive continued success.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven B2B sales experience, particularly within agency settings, who are passionate about driving growth and building strong client relationships in the Ontario or BC markets.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and other outreach methods.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and client acquisition.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure client needs are met and contracts are successfully fulfilled.
  • Virtual Meetings: Utilize Zoom and Google Meet for most client interactions, with occasional in-person meetings as required.
  • Market Focus: Concentrate efforts on either the Ontario or British Columbia markets, ensuring strong regional presence and client relationships.
Compensation
  • Commission-Based: 100% commission with no cap on earning potential.
    • Ongoing Commissions: 25% of profits from client contracts for the duration of employment.
    • First Month Bonus: 50% of profits from the first month of billing.

Requirements
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within an agency setting.
    • Demonstrated success in generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
  • Equipment: Must have your own phone, laptop, and vehicle (no exceptions).
  • Location:
    • Ontario candidates must be near or within driving distance of the GTA.
    • BC candidates must be near key areas such as Richmond, Surrey, Langley, etc.
  • Availability: Ability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM in your designated timezone.
  • Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and be bondable with no pending or past charges, as the role involves handling financial data and access to secure facilities with strict government regulations.
