The role of Campaign Manager will lead campaign setup and execution across various marketing automation platforms while providing necessary guidance to developers and designers. This role is an integral part of our technology solutions and focuses on collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to design solutions for CRM marketing programs. To be successful in this role, candidates must be technically driven, accustomed to working in close partnership with front-end developers and QA analysts, and have an in-depth understanding of email marketing solutions and marketing automation platforms. This position is expected to utilize both automation platform expertise and email marketing best practices where applicable within their daily responsibilities.Duties and responsibilities:Participate in campaign briefing and extract / document campaign implementation requirements and define solutions required to support personalized CRM campaigns.Build and deploy email marketing campaigns via marketing automation platform. This can include development of audience in CDP, automation, customer journey, email personalization, data segmentation, A/B testing and automated triggersLeading or contributing to campaign specifications documents, capturing business rules, data requirements, decisioning criteria and audience specifics.Collaborate with the cross-functional team (developers, business analysts, creatives, QA and digital project managers) as needed to support high quality campaign buildsParticipate in the creation and execution of functional and data related test plans with vendors and client database teamsCollaborate with business stakeholders in designing dashboards and analytic reports relevant for CRM marketing programsAssist business stakeholders in drawing insights from data to determine campaign success and further strategy developmentPropose solutions and build proof of concepts for leveraging new tools available in the automation platform or new methods of implementing the CRM programsIdentify areas of opportunity within campaign and CRM processes and work with the team and management to clarify and simplify complex processesAdhere to quality assurance processes and standards, as well as production schedules and deadlines for all projectsQualifications:2-5 years Experience1-2 SFMC certificationAdvanced SQL knowledgeAdvanced Ampscript knowledgeDeployment of Adhoc campaign (Email, SMSamp; Push)Journeyamp; Test Case DevelopmentAutomation DevelopmentAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; including contact builder, automation studio, journey builder, email studio, and data extensionsLeads solutions overviewamp; campaign specification documentationEinstein experience and knowledge or similar (STO, recommendations, insights, etc…)Experience working with 1 other marketing cloud (MCP, CDP Datorama)
