Job Description

(this is an onsite role - based in downtown Toronto)Our client is a boutique law firm that thrives on innovation and agility.   • Support the corporate legal team, working closely with key partners, associates, and students.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Assist with corporate and franchise transactions, including incorporations, share/asset purchases, financing, and
  • agreements.
  • Maintain and organize corporate files, records, and confidential information.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and teams as required.
  • Prepare and review corporate filings under the Ontario Business Corporations Act, Canada Business Corporations
  • Act, and franchise laws.
  • Communicate with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on corporate and franchise-related matters.
  • Use legal platforms to organize and maintain corporate minute books.
Requirements
  • Strong and adaptable technology skills.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and can process legal documents accurately.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative background with exceptional technical skills
