As a Customer Support Specialist at Digitail, you #39;ll be the go-to person when customers need help or have questions. This fast-paced role demands sharp attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch support. Your success will be all about consistently wowing veterinarians and their teams, leaving them delighted every time they reach out.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries daily via chat, email, and phone, responding quickly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide feedback to internal teams, and be a key resource for customer solutions.
  • Use your expertise to suggest process improvements, automation, and new workflows to enhance customer service.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings above 90%.
  • Log all customer interactions in Hubspot to keep everything organized.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with your team via Slack to deliver the best solutions.
  • In a fast-paced, rapidly scaling company like Digitail, you’ll thrive in a problem-solving, resourceful environment.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to solve customer challenges and create helpful knowledge base articles for quick answers.
  • Escalate critical issues with bug reports and feature requests via our internal ticketing system.
