Reporting to the Advisory Leader, the Director leads interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions that help clients improve the design, delivery, and performance of policies, programs, and services.This role requires deep expertise in one or more public policy domains—such as employment and training, housing, justice, or human services—and a strong understanding of public systems. You’ll bring that domain knowledge to bear as you help clients tackle complex challenges, drawing on a rigorous toolkit that includes applied research, policy analysis, service design, implementation support, performance measurement, and evaluation.You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to government leaders, ensuring our work is grounded in evidence, tailored to context, and focused on generating real-world impact. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of engagement delivery—from opportunity development and proposal writing to execution, quality assurance and relationship management.
