Job Description

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering top-quality service to our clients by providing hands-on coordination and execution of events. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, organize logistics, and ensure flawless event setup and management. You will also collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and our internal team to bring the client’s vision to life. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments will be critical to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, timelines, and client communication.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after the event.
  • Assist in setting up event venues, ensuring all equipment, decorations, and materials are in place.
  • Manage and liaise with external vendors (caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.).
  • Ensure that all event activities run smoothly and on time.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the event.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within the allocated budget.
  • Oversee the dismantling of event setups and ensure timely and safe removal of materials.
  • Provide post-event feedback and support to clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes and client experiences.
Qualificationsamp; Skills:
  • Proven experience in event coordination, event planning, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and event management software.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset.
