We are looking for maintenance HVAC technicians who have a positive attitude, are flexible and work well in a team environment while having the discipline to work alone.Responsibilities

• Familiar with the installation of heating and cooling units to a standard of excellence.
• Representing Empower on the job site, be accountable and maintain a good relationship with the customer.
• Obtain further education and experience in product lines, system design, and programming.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Operate vehicle in a safe manner and use field automation system
• Follow all company #39;s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

• G2 Gas Licence
• Valid Class G driver #39;s license with a clean abstract
• Well-organized individual
• With mechanical aptitude
• English communication skills
• Has a desire to learn and can follow directions
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment will be an asset
