Job Description

(this is an onsite role based in downtown Toronto) Our client is a boutique law firm serving clients across some of the most dynamic industries. Their expertise spans Intellectual Property, Corporate Law, Franchising, and Litigation, particularly in technology, artificial intelligence, software, biotechnology, and more. They partner with businesses of all sizes, from established companies to some of the hottest startups.   • Manage the firm’s social channels, ensuring content aligns with our rebranded guidelines
  • Work with established brand guidelines to create compelling marketing assets
  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of blogs and posts, tailoring tone and language to different platforms
  • Take charge of applying for various industry awards and rankings
  • Manage submission deadlines and ensure all documentation meets application criteria
  • Regularly update the rm #39;s website with fresh, engaging content
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a marketing or communications coordinator role
  • Familiarity with creative assets and branding, with an eye for design
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in crafting copy that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Ability to adapt tone and style across various channels
  • Adept at managing complex processes, particularly awards and rankings submissions
  • Willingness to work independently and take initiative
  • A mature, adaptable team player who thrives in a professional environment
