Role:
  • Lead and execute strategic public relations efforts to drive brand awareness and earned media placements
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies that attract and convert top-tier clients
  • Own and manage content marketing efforts, including thought leadership, newsletters, blog posts, press releases, and social media strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and recruitment teams to align marketing with business objectives
  • Optimize performance marketing across paid and organic channels using data-driven insights
  • Build and maintain media relationships, secure coverage, and manage our media contact list
  • Drive awareness and visibility around key moments — product launches, leadership placements, award wins, and more
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and KPIs, continuously improving execution based on results
  • Stay on the pulse of industry trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and differentiated
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing with a clear focus on public relations and demand generation
  • Skilled in Canva and highly creative — you have an eye for design and know how to bring a brand to life visually
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; you know how to make messages land
  • Proven experience launching and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical mindset; you track what matters and act on data
  • Based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in or with a recruitment or professional services firm
  • Familiarity with executive search, talent acquisition, or high-growth startup ecosystems
  • Background in media relations or journalism
